JOB DETAILS:
Job description
• Manage daily orders and communication with kitchen staff for food preparation, delivery partners for food delivery and customers for updates and feedback.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to review operational metrics. Work towards continuous improvement of various KPIs.
• Manage and grow sales on our various food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Jumia Food and Glovo.
• Manage our various organic order channels (walk-in customers, orders received via calls/WhatsApp). ando will also be launching an app in the next few weeks for order placement and tracking.

Requirements:
• 2+ years work experience in the F&B industry at restaurants such as ArtCaffe, Java House etc
• Customer service mind-set
• Attention to detail
• Hungry for growth
• Loves food
• Hustle
• Good communication and networking skills

Work Hours: 8
