JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a restaurant manager to fill the following vacancy that has come up at our Central Hostel in Nairobi .

Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant to the satisfaction of guests

  Job Skills:
• Should have good interpersonal and management skills:
• Knowledge of food costing and cost controls
• Excellent in service delivery, managing people and hands on;

  Job Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Institution Management;
• Should be proficient in hotel system;
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a reputable busy Hotel as a Restaurant Manager:
