Research Manager

Purpose of the role
Digital divide Data is looking to hire a Research Manager to join our team members. This person will work with our research operations team to provide quality marketing research support services to clients in various industries including Academia, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Beauty, and Apparel.

Job Description
What you will do
• Overseeing core components of research operations. This includes;
• Managing timelines.
• Writing and/or co-writing questionnaires.
• Preparing surveys for programming.
• Managing data collection.
• Overseeing the quality assurance process for survey programs.
• Data tabulations and analysis.
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, or another related field.
• 5-10 years of supplier side marketing research experience
• 2‐3 years directly overseeing research planning, statistical analysis, and project management.
• Knowledge and understanding of all stages of the quantitative research process and methods
• Ability to draft questionnaires and data tabulation/banner plans based on research objectives
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships with teams
• Ability to take on ownership and accountability over day-to-day project tasks
• Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Clear, concise communication skills, in both written and oral form
• This is a data-intensive job, so a love of numbers is a must!
• Hands-on advanced knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SPSS
