Job title: Request for Training Proposal for the CBM Culture Concept Workshop
1. Background
CBM Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V. is an international Christian Organisation whose primary purpose is to improve the quality of life of the world’s poorest people with disabilities, regardless of their nationality, sex, or religion, who live in the most disadvantaged societies.
2. Objective of the RFP
• Create an experience that will make people know one another and through sharing appreciate the diversity within the teams across AFES;
• Ignite the passion to demonstrate an open and positive culture in daily practice;
• Reinforce in teams the need to foster a feedback rich culture;
• Promote CBM brand among staff in the Regional Hub.
3. Output
• Appreciation of diversity promoted through experience sharing among AFES CBM staff;
• AFES staff are aware of how to offer and receive feedback maintain a positive culture;
• Staff are reminded of meaningful ways to offer and receive feedback;
• Staff are able to articulate core aspects of CBM brand and culture.
• 4. Delivery method
• Virtual training on MS teams/Zoom
• Maximum duration 4 hours
• 5. Resources required
• Facilitator with expertise on facilitating culture workshop with a mix of creative interludes with ice-breakers, games etc.
6. Application Requirements
• Consultants who meet the above requirements and would like to be considered to provide the above services, please submit your proposal by including the following information:
• Company’s profile;
• Technical proposal for conducting the workshops
• Financial proposal including of all taxes;
• Valid Tax compliance certificate;
• Company Registration Certificate/Incorporation;
• Profiles of staff who will conduct the workshop
• List of clientele offered similar workshop for the last 12 months;
7. Award: The bid will be awarded to firms with demonstrated experience in providing similar services in the most professional way as above.
8. Offer submission: Failure to submit any of the above will result in automatic disqualification. Any firm specifically exempted from any of the items above listed may provide written proof of the same.
