About MyCredit
We are a non-banking financial institution with branches across the country offering loans, guarantees and insurance products.

Job Purpose
Undertake business development opportunities for Individual and SME clients and maintain important revenue-generating client relationships.

Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Naivasha, Eldoret, Kericho, Meru, Nyeri, Narok, Kiambu, Thika, Rongai and Kitengela.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve and supersede set targets on Key Performance Indicators as defined: Disbursement Target, Portfolio at Risk Target, New Business Acquisition Targets and Insurance Targets.
• Manage relationships with clients to ensure management of existing portfolio.
• Act as point of contact for all client inquiries and complaints on products and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold transparency to clients on the credit application process and requirements and offer clarification on all matters.
• Build Product Knowledge and awareness to identify potential opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
• Ensure full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements by collecting detailed information on each client through meetings and field visits (home, business, suppliers, customers, guarantors, community) and loan appraisal (financial analysis, repayment capacity, tenure, collateral etc).
• Evaluate credit proposals and applications rapidly to ensure that loans are processed within MyCredit Limited Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Taking corrective action and communicating to Debt Recovery on non-performing loans.
• Ensuring that loans disbursed have been received by the customer.
• Execute customer instructions and advise customers accordingly.
• Participate in Marketing activations and other marketing related activities to drive sales and generate revenue.

• Sound knowledge of banking practices, procedures, and products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
• Integrity and transparency in relaying information.
• Sound analytical and technical skills.
• Confident, self-driven and dynamic.
• Proactive and solution driven.
• Highly committed to customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a resident of the location.
• Experience in sales environment in the financial industry preferred.
• Good understanding of market economic conditions and trends.
• Well conversant with the region applied for.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is an added advantage.
