JOB DETAILS:
Key accountabilities
• To develop RTM leveraging on our distribution channel and propose deliverable actions, plans and initiatives to accelerate growth.
• Deliver top line number in value, volume and distribution.
• Drive contact with key distributors and top wholesalers. Hold regular business reviews focusing on our growth drivers.
• To build productive working relationships with customers (Internal and external) and coaching of field sales team on PZ Way of Selling.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 8 to 10 years’ experience in sales (at least 2 in mid-senior level roles). Experience working in an FMCG within General Trade channel.
