JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of field sales people
• Set and drive individual salespeople monthly sales targets
• Identify, pursue and acquire business opportunities in the region
• Promote a competitive and conducive team environment
• Develop, evaluate and continuously improve sales processes
• Come up with detailed and realistic regional sales forecast
• Asses individual salespeople performance, communicate and support
• Undertake regional market intelligence and provide quarterly reports
• Submit weekly and monthly management reports, sales forecasts and competitive market
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in sales/marketing or any other business related study
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar position managing a team of +5 sales people
• Excellent Sales Strategies skills, Analytical skills, ability to work with minimal supervision
• High sense of confidentiality and ability to meet on the set deadlines.
• Proven record of successfully leading a sales team

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
