Specification Job Summary
To create and nurture a vibrant and productive sales team, coordinate all the sales & marketing activities in the region and PAR management.
Description of Core Duties
Detailed description of the main tasks performed by the job holder
1. Implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel (Branch Coordinators, Team leaders and sales associates) towards attainment of their sales targets
2. Customer retention, market penetration and cross-selling.
3. Establishing and maintain a system that fosters a culture of team work, employee empowerment and commitment to the organization's goals. Ensure teams are trained and mentored
4. Ensure strict adherence to credit, collection and compliance policy.
5. Review, approve and ensure execution of marketing plans and activations
6. Carry out regular Branch visits to ensure proper operations and compliance to set Company guidelines and performance of sales personnel as per the assigned targets.
7. Ensure the safekeeping of Region assets including structures, equipment, inventory and also oversee efficient utilization of allocated budget and compliance
8. Leading by example, ensure adherence to integrity and high ethical standards by all staff in the Region
9. Provide leadership and guidance to the Regional team through effective planning, communication, training, mentoring and coaching.
10. Ensure early bird sessions are conducted in all Branches, and foster succession planning through employee empowerment and ensure high employee energy levels.
11. Continuous training mentoring and coaching of sales team in the region
12. Performance management
Requirements 4.1 Education, including specialized training
At least a diploma in Business administration or sales and marketing.
4.2 Experience
Has been working with Platinum Credit Ltd as a Branch Manager or Branch Coordinator.
4.3 Other attributes
•Good leadership skills.
•Must be able to design business strategies.
•Possess analytical skills.
•IT proficient.
•Good communication Skills.
•Reporting skills.
•Ability to grow and manage a team.
