Our client also wishes to recruit a Regional Retail Manager to be based in the East Africa Region with 30% travelling time.
Reporting to the Group B2C Manager, you will be in charge of the management of the Fuel Retail Network for the Group's Eastern African affiliates (Tanzania, Zambia, Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda and any other country of East Africa coming on scope). You will support and mentor Retail Managers and NFR Managers from affiliates to meet group targets regarding network operational excellence and P&L targets. .

Job Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Management or Finance with previous experience in construction or retail sales
• Familiar with the use of financial modeling tools
• 5 Years' experience in Fuel Retail Network management and / or development in East Africa.
• Job based in East Africa with 30% travelling time
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
• Hands-on, excellent communication skills, energetic, organized, team player with proven ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment and multitask effectively, work independently and possess the ability to make recommendations.
