Established in 2020 Credrails aims to jumpstart the growth of digitally-enabled companies in Africa by providing the financial infrastructure needed to serve customers across the continent. Credrails aggregates financial data from multiple online and offline sources and makes the unified data available to businesses via an API. Deep analytics provides businesses with the intelligence they need to make informed decisions, unlock new revenue streams, and increase market share. About the role:
• We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our R&D function.
• At Credrails we take an experimental view of the world. We like to run experiments and use data to draw conclusions that inform our strategy.. We are looking for a product manager with an experimental streak to join us
• Reporting and working directly with the CEO,the R&D PM will be responsible for running the experiments that eventually become our products.
You will need
• To really understand data,using it to inform decisions on what lives or dies at Credrails
• Be able to quickly come up with product MVPs in conjuction with engineers and run them
• Be comfortable with research,speaking to customers and bringing those insights into the product building process.
• Enjoy experiments.

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management or related roles, preferably in the FinTech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products from ideation to market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and UX/UI design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus
