JOB DETAILS:
Tom Mboya University College (TMUC) was established through Legal Notice No. 55 in the Kenya Gazette Supplement No 45 of 8th April 2016 as a Constituent College of Maseno University (MSU). TMUC invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position: QUANTITY SURVEYOR - GRADE 12 - ONE (1) POSITION - TMUC/ADM/09/19 .

 Job Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Building Economics/ Quantity Survey from a recognized
• University
• Must be registered and has a current license from the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (BORAQS).
• Member of Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK)
• Must have at least ten (10) years post qualification relevant work experience preferably in a Public Sector
• Must be proficient in computer applications, preferably in a related area.
• Post-graduate qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage
