INVITATION TO TENDER NOTICE

Tender name: Invitation to Tender for Provision of External Auditing Services

Universal Traders Sacco Society Limited invites tenders from interested eligible Auditors to provide External Auditing services for the Financial yearending 31st December 2023.

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements;-

• The firm must be approved by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA).
• The lead partners must have a minimum of 5 years practicing experience on the SACCO environment.
• Interested firms should provide the firm's profile detailing the services offered and attaching all the relevant licensing and Statutory Certificates.
• Interested firms should also provide the CVs of professionals employed, distinguished by their roles and responsibilities.
• A financial bid should be included in the proposal.

The tender documents will be obtained from the office of the Secretary to the Chief Executive Officer after payment of non­refundable fees of Kshs 3,000 in cash or Banker's cheque payable to 'Universal Traders Sacco'.

Bidders must prepare separate proposals for Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes and put inside an outer envelope clearly marked "UTS/RFP/EAS/01/23 REQUEST FOR PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES TO UNIVERSAL TRADERS SACCO FOR THE PERIOD 2020. Proposal documents can be collected at our Head Office in Machakos - Traders House, Syokimau road during normal working hours from 8.30 a.m to 4.30 a.m. Submission of Requirements.

Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at UNIVERSAL TRADERS SACCO, HEAD OFFICE, TRADERS HOUSE, SYOKIMAU ROAD, MACHAKOS TOWN on or before 27th January 2023 at 10.00 am.

Technical proposal will be opened on 27th January 2023 at 2.00 p.m in the presence of the candidates' representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom, UNIVERSAL TRADERS SACCO, HEAD OFFICE. The original and copy of the Tender must be addressed to :-
