1. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KISUMU – DEPARTMENT OF DALF invites sealed tenders for the construction of PROPOSED WORKSHOP FOR KONAM AGRICULTURAL TRAINING COLLEGE PHASE ONE.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours County Government of Kisumu, Office of The Director Supply Chain Management P.O Box 2738-40100 Kisumu, Prosperity House, 2nd Floor Wing C between (8: 00a.m-5: 00p.m)
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from the County Website www.kisumu.go.ke, the PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke and/or IFMIS portal supplier.treasury.go.ke
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement.cgk@kisumu.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Only)
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 30th January, 2023 at 10:30Am

9. Electronic Tenders will be permitted. All tenderers are instructed to submit one Manual Original tender document and also uploaded it in the IFMIS Portal. NOTE that there should be no discrepancy between the tender uploaded in the IFMIS Portal and the Manual Tender document submitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
