2. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for (120) days fromthe date of opening oftenders.
3. Pre-Tender Site Visits will Not be Mandatory but bidders are encouraged to make personal arrangements to acquaint themselves with the site before submission of the bids. Bidder to contact office of sub-county roads engineer for assistant.
4. Bidders can participate in several tenders, however, a single bidder shall not be awarded more than two (2No) tenders in this advert.

5. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date on IFMIS Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke . Bidders are advised to monitor the opening process through the same portal.
6. Interested and eligible bidders having challenges uploading their tender documents in the Integrated Financial ManagementInformation System(IFMIS) Supplier Portalmay obtain assistance from the IFMIS helpdesk on 0800721477/0202480180 at the National treasury
7. Late tenderswill be rejected. The system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing as indicated in the IFMIS portal. Manual Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
