TENDER NOTICE
The Judiciary invites sealed bids for the following tenders;

TENDER DESCRIPTION: Proposed Completion of Voi Law Courts
BID BOND AMOUNT: One Million Only
DATE OF SITE VISIT AND TIME : 1 and 2nd February 2023 at 2.00 PM at Voi Law Courts

Interested and eligible candidates may view and obtain the tender document by downloading from the Judiciary's website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke . Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least Seven (7) days before the closing date of the tender. All Clarifications and addenda will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the tender closing date. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security valid for one hundred and fifty (150) days from the opening date as indicated above in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. The tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Late tenders shall be rejected.
There shall be a mandatory site visit as indicated above. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate, Supreme Court Building entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi and addressed to:

to be received on or before the dates and times indicated above.
All Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers' representatives who choose to attend virtually through the links provided above.
