Education
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Job - Specific Qualification
• Certification as Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) is desirable.
• Certification in Property Management is desirable.
Work Experience
• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of property management, inventory control, logistics, procurement, or other related fields is required.
• Experience in application on the Financial Rules and Inventory Management Systems in the United Nations Common System or a comparable international organization, National or International NGO is desirable.
• Experience in application/use of electronic inventory applications and accountability practices in the United Nations Common System or a comparable international organization, National or International NGO is desirable.
Languages
• English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this position, fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.
Assessment
• Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by competency-based interview.
