JOB DETAILS:
HSF is an interdenominational Ministry with a vision to impact families for Christ through Prayers, Evangelism and Social transformation. The HSF children's program is looking for a born-again Christian to fill the position of a PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Position Description:
• The PM is to provide administrative, strategic, technical leadership and programmatic management of programs focused on Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and their Care-givers.
• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project administration and leadership
• The project manager reports to the CEO.

  Job Responsibilities:
• Liaison with local communities and partners for planning and implementation
• Manage day-to-day operations of the program and coordinate the project staff
• Defines project scope, and deliverables that support the goals and strategic vision of the Program and the partners.
• Formulate policies that are in line with the program vision/goal
• Develop and deliver new project proposals for increased funding base.
• Production and submission of regular programmatic reports

Job Qualifications:
• Degree in Project Planning and Management
• Any qualification in Counselling or Community based project.
• At least 5years of experience in a related position and with a proven track of leadership.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Passion for children and family ministry.
