JOB DETAILS:
Women4Cancer is a national non-profit organization that advocates for a cervical cancer free Kenya. We advocate for an effective cervical cancer response through prevention, early detection and access to treatment. Women4Cancer seeks to recruit a Project Coordinator who will provide strategy and undertake a variety of planning and operational tasks, as well as external and internal stakeholder engagements to facilitate the effective management of its HPV program aimed at achieving high HPV vaccine coverage after its rollout in Kenya in 2019. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and implementation of assigned project activities, which may include design, development, testing, and application of approaches, messages, materials, and tools for behaviour and policy change.
• Support the planning and implementation of internal and external stakeholder activities designed to increase HPV vaccination rates. iii. Track expenditures for project budget, monitor and report on progress with project implementation and provide updates, as necessary.
• Manage project communications through social media.
• Manage requests for project information and materials from staff, funders, and/or external stakeholders and ensure timely response.
• Responsible for fundraising and developing other resources necessary to support Women4Cancer’s mission.

Job Qualifications:
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in program management, preferably with grantfunded projects, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, program management or related field.
• Public health and health communication background preferred.
• Able to cultivate relationships with targeted providers/organizations and diverse populations to promote awareness of HPV vaccination as cancer prevention and motivate to action.
• Outcome driven with proven experience in community-based program and project planning, implementation, and management.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and working knowledge of social media.
• Excellent personal organization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and to work through others to accomplish goals.
• Demonstrated track record in non-profit fundraising.
