JOB DETAILS:
Programme Officer

Requirements
• 3 years of experience in working with adolescents and young people; people living with HIV and/or key populations; community-based organizations, sexual and reproductive rights (SRHR); sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).
• Relevant experience in the health sector.
• Proven working experience in project coordination and partnership management.
• Sound understanding of the Kenyan health system, socio-economic and political context
• Certificate or demonstrated experience in using basic computer software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to multitask across various planning and implementation processes within a highly demanding environment.
• Experience in report writing, proposal development and resource mobilization desired.
• Must possess strong problem resolution skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to help identify and resolve issues.
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail.
Languages
• English, Level: Fluent, Required Kiswahili, Level: Fluent, Required
Required education level
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in public health, social sciences, international relations or health-related field. A Master’s degree will be an added asset.
