JOB DETAILS:
REGID International is a Biomass Energy and Geospatial Impact Development organisation that provides technical expertise to support landscape restoration and climate mitigation activities of development iNGOs, governments and private sector. We are keen on Biomass Energy, and Carbon Offsets Business Design to promote social capital and ecological sustainability. REGID International was founded in 2017 as a small consultancy firm officially registered in Kenya in 2019. Since then, REGID International has been focusing on biomass energy and climate accounting. In 2020, REGID International also integrated solar energy solutions.

Your Role:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing all necessary elements augmenting project management and report to the program manager in order to insure the continuity of the project. In collaboration with the other project management team members, he/she will pilot the project coordination and assist the program manager in achieving the final objectives of the project.

Principal responsibilities
• Bring to the project manager elements reporting the bioenergy project advancement;
• Bring statistics data that will be reusable for future projects;
• Planification and management of delays;
• Estimation and management of costs;
• Management of means and logistics of the project;
• Creation of dashboards and reporting.

Qualifications:
• General, technical, management and financial knowledge;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
• Ability to be available to deal with any problem encountered in the development of the project;
• Accounting knowledge;
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to adjust to frequently changing demands.

Experience:
• Master's degree : business development, commerce and management;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in project management;
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the renewable energy field, with a preference for bioenergy.

Additional qualifications:
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
• Softwares: Pack Office, Google suite, Indesign

Travel Requirements: Moderate
This position is located in Nairobi, Kenya.

Possibility to upgrade to permanent position in 4-6 months.
