JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
• To carry out effective scholarship program implementation, coordination, and management, in liaison with the Transitions management team, for the TVET Program while building and cultivating sustainable key relationships with all the program stakeholders during the program’s implementation period.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Act as a Liaison between the program management team and the TVET scholars, learning institutions bank branches and SME’s in facilitating the beneficiaries with the necessary support covered under the scholarship package specifically by;
• Program management and administration - Plan and coordinate all logistics as pertains to programs events, functions, and meetings as per the respective program design for all New TVET intake and continuing scholars.
• Work closely with program managers and relevant departments to ensure all program standards are maintained according to the respective donor requirements.
• Prepare, in consultation with team leader, activity schedules and plans, management concepts and reports as per agreed timelines.
• Together with the TVET team Induct new scholars and continuing ones on career advice, attachment & internship opportunities, and job opportunities.
• Monitor and update scholar’s information on the Data Management Information System (DMIS) for timely donor reporting ;
• Coordinate and support the TVET Team deliver continuous professional development programs
• Supervise and coordinate with the Scholar welfare team for Psychosocial support of scholars

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree course with minimum of Second Upper Class, in Education, or business related. A professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in TVET programs management, or post-secondary school education
• Team player, with ability to work with different departments,
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strategic use of social media and other digital services as business tools,
