From our experience, we have learn that this process is critical in ensuring good employer-employee relations, especially for lower level staff. As part of this process, we assist our clients to develop clear job description and provide support supervision including conflict resolution.

JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a professional gardener
Professional Gardener Job Qualifications
The candidate is required to have the following qualifications:

•  Have a certificate in agriculture or related course
  
•  At least two years’ experience in gardening in an office set up
  
•  Have thorough plants knowledge and be able to identify by name indoor and outdoor plants.
  
•  Have technical knowledge of what plants require in order to thrive. Understand what fertilizers, medicine and in what quantity plants require.
  
•  Understand the general care of plants i.e. pruning, cleaning, repotting etc. and be able to identify when a plant is not thriving and how to then handle that in detail.
  
•  Have experience with dealing with potted plants. General landscaping is an added advantage.
  
• Have good communication skills, be presentable – as we need them to carry our brand in the places they will work.
  
•  Additional skills e.g. basic computer knowledge or driving is an added advantage
