JOB DETAILS:
Description
• Daily, weekly & monthly master planning, follow through execution of customer orders and monitoring of execution progress.
• Prepare and circulate production reports and report performance to schedule adherence.
• Scheduling and capacity levelling of production orders in SAP for execution.
• Verification of production costing and Technical Completion of production orders.
• Product inventory management and control (FG & WIP).
• Identify and initiate corrective action on Planning related problems and improvement opportunities.
• Optimization of customer service levels (Internal & External) through regular communication.
• Support production staff, program management with clarification on technical questions.

Requirements
• A degree in Business Management or equivalent from a recognized learning institution.
• 5 years’ experience in Steel industry in production, Quality Assurance or Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of the industry, familiar with the steel coils and materials.
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of ERP - SAP system and Microsoft Office.
