JOB DETAILS:
Production Manager

The ideal candidate will own the entire smart meter production process. You will manage over 50 technicians. You will work with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. You will continuously improve quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an important role in a rapidly growing company and you will have the opportunity to create a world-class assembly operation and be a key leader in the company.

Responsibilities
• Manage and evaluate the entire production process
• Contribute to production planning
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
• Recruit, train, and oversee junior staff

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, or Business Management would be an advantage
• 3+ years of leadership experience working in Manufacturing
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Experience in working with similar electronic product/IoT devices would be an advantage
