Job Description:
• Ensure the Pellets Machine operating parameters and target outputs are well displayed at the Gemba for easy machine set up and monitoring.
• Ensure the Pellets Machine is running efficiently in order to optimize output while maintaining low cost of production.
• Develop standard operating procedures for the Pellets Machine.
• Always ensure that safety is observed during operation of the machine.
• Monitor the inventory of machine spare parts and bring on board spare parts suppliers.
• Obtain market information including customer needs, competitive analysis & market data to develop product line strategies for pellets, household cook stoves & commercial cook stoves.
• Preparation of proposals/tenders & ensure their timely submission.
• Ensure smooth running of pellets production.
• To clarify all the queries (commercial & technical) of the customer related to our offers.
• Ensure efficient, correct and complete customer complaint management process; drive continuous customer service improvement and engagement.
• Conduct market surveys for potential pellets and cook stoves customers.
• Preparation, sharing and maintenance of accurate Production Reports.
• Liaise with clients to establish the quality and quantity of Pellets & Cook Stoves required.

Qualification:
• B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or others with relevant experience)
• Experience: 08 - 12 years
• Bachelor's Accommodation, Pool Car, Medical Insurance, to and fro Airfare once in two years

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
