DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check production lines against parameters given / set per product
• Lead the maintenance team in carrying out proper preventive maintenance for machines to avoid downtimes.
• Co-ordinate with Quality Department to ensure products conform to the agreed quality parameters.
• Job scheduling and preparing job cards
• Carry out proper production planning to avoid delays and material wastage
• Assist in development and implementation of production procedures to maximize efficiency
• Training of production team in various areas of production
• Product costing
• Keep reports for production /machines within the facility
• Detect machine related flaws and fix them with minimum downtime and supervision.
• Assist in analysis of production data to identify areas of improvement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Degree/Diploma in a Mechanical field
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setup
• Understanding of Filtration industry will be an added advantage

Level of Education: Associate Degree
