Brief Job Description:
• Product Research: Gathering physiological and pharmacological information on our products and compiling it for use in effective communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Market Research and Data Analytics: Gather qualitative and quantitative data on market trends, customers’ needs and analyze the information for decision making.
• Training and Coaching: Conduct effective training to the sales team and follow up with field coaching to ensure effective brand strategy implementation
• Stakeholder communication: Effectively communicate the brand strategies to the internal team and efficiently deliver our products value proposition to the external partners through various channels that are approved and compliant.
• Product Strategy and Road Mapping: Develop and execute clear product strategy that aligns to the company’s vision and mission and timely delivery at all stages of the brands’ roadmaps.
• Development of Marketing Materials: Content creations, design and procurement of promotional materials that effectively communicate the products value proposition and corporate image.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science related filed
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing

• Timely delivery of quality promotional inputs
• Sales team training and coaching frequency and quality
• Internal stakeholders’ satisfaction.
• Collaborations in external stakeholders’ conversion to our brands
• Projects velocity

Additional Skills
• Demonstrate a good understanding of anatomy and pharmacology principles
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry trends
• Must be details oriented and with good analytical skills
• Has demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication abilities
• Strong in use of Excel, PowerPoint and other computer applications
• Have a passion for the and training
