Product Manager - Software

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager who is motivated to lead the team to build industry-leading, robust and innovative software solutions that are fit for purpose.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Design Pawame tech infrastructure to meet new business needs and ensure uptime above 99%
• Design new infrastructure and understand whether to build or buy the technology that will help an enterprise meet its business goals.
• Solve integration problems and synching technology frameworks across the organization’s business unit.
• Advise on new technologies to adopt for the stack.
Work with Pawame’s functions to determine priority and business objectives
• Gather specifications from different functions to build or update our set of solution
• Document implementation plan and features specifications
• Support the DevOps process - from Dev to Production.
Design and Maintain the Product Roadmap
• Design and maintain product road map.
• Ensure the team is sufficient to meet deadlines and support business needs.
• Track progress against road map and inform the management of possible delay
Feature Testing and Training
• Train users on new features working as well as improving the UX based on user feedback.
• Perform user testing before
• Build a Q.A. team or deploy tools to ensure high Q.A. standards are met.
Manage the Software Development team
• Hire and onboard new team members of the ICT team
• Monitor the performance of the team.
All Functions - Design tech requirement, perform training sessions and share product road map.

Requirements
Required Education
Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Technology or any related field of study.

Required Experience
• 4 years experience in product management
• 2 Years managing a team
• Proven experience in designing ICT infrastructure and architecture
• Proven experience with project management

Preferred Experience
• Desired level (knowledge and experience) use of Gitlab;
• CI & CD
• Postgres

Technical Requirements
• Excellent communication skills.
