As Product Manager, you will work hands-on with developers, stakeholders, customers, and marketers to deliver a best in class product to our customer base, increase profitability, strengthen quality, and overall, raise the bar for our team and core offering.

• Own delivery of product features and enhancements within Agile Scrum teams.
• Write user-centered stories to clearly define user needs and requirements.
• Team with engineering to define acceptance criteria and negotiate delivery.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritize build efforts and manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to delivery and ongoing growth.
• Perform market research and analysis to define customer needs and market opportunities.
• Help build partnerships with vendors and third parties.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
• Carry out research to benchmark products against top-rated counterparts globally.
• Interface with relevant stakeholders to communicate reports about product backlogs, change management and product performance.
• Any other task or project assigned by your Line Manager.
• Uphold the company’s brand, culture, and core values at all times.

Job Experience

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in a business related field or its equivalent from a reputable university.
• Up to 2 years’ experience in Product Management.
• Domain/industry knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
• Strong sense of product ownership.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Good research and data analysis/presentation skills.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and non-verbal) skills.
• Good stakeholder management, relationship management, and customer advocacy skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Strong creative, analytical thinking, critical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen and demonstrable leadership skills
