Job Summary:
• Our startup is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to help us build innovative products for the transportation industry. You will be responsible for leading the product strategy, defining the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our products to market. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of the company.

Responsibilities
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bus Management Product
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their pain points
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to bring products to market
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives
• Ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with company goals and timelines
• Prioritize and manage the backlog of product features, ensuring that they deliver maximum value to customers
• Track and analyse product metrics to measure product success and inform product decisions
• Continuously gather customer feedback and iterate on product features and design to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers

Requirements (Non-negotiables)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Skills
• Experience in B2B product management
• Familiarity with transportation industry regulations and compliance
• Experience in data analysis and visualization
