JOB DETAILS:
About the role
• Sanergy is growing and we are looking for a Planning & Analysis Fellow to work closely with the production team to develop a weekly production plan for all products, investigate production plan for non adherence, analyse root cause and determine equipment throughput, capacity, yields and raw materials needed to cover production demand. This is an opportunity to work with experts in the field and build your analysis skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and share daily plan with Operation teams
• Confer with the Scheduling Engineer to determine the status of schedules and materials in order to revise the daily production plan as necessary to meet production targets.
• Determine equipment throughput, capacity, yield and bed loading to come up with how much feedstock is needed to cover production demand.
• Investigate production plan and its adherence, analyse root cause and propose solutions.
• Develop and maintain systems for data collection and analysis of daily production plan adherence, inputs, WIPs and production volumes of all products

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Process/Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing facility
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving/analysis abilities
• Data analytics and good IT skills – Proficiency in Gsuite applications and advanced MS Excel skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills required with the ability to work well with all levels of employees and internal departments in a diverse environment.
• Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
