5. Parts Sales Executive (REF: ISUZU/O5)
Reporting to the Parts Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
• Generate new parts and accessories business through dealer and customer engagement.
• Manage the overall relationship and communication with allocated accounts.
• Participate in marketing activities done by dealers.
• Ensure Dealers have optimum levels of parts inventory.
• Offer support in electronic parts catalogue installation. training, license renewals and activation of new branches.
• Enforce compliance of the Isuzu Aftersales Policy by Dealers.
• Prepare and present reports to aftersales management on dealer and fleet performance.
• Review and Monitor dealer performance and develop initiatives to support growth and profitability of parts and accessories .
• Implement action plans —from dealer and customer satisfaction surveys
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Five (5) years’ relevant experience.
• Sales experience in a fast-paced industry.
• Business acumen. customer focus. planning and organising, attention to detail. communication and interpersonal skills.
