JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities
We are looking to hire our first Partnerships Director to manage relationships with current and potential donors, as well as partners in the non-profit and intergovernmental field.

Here is what you will do:
1. Develop and implement strategies for donor and international partner engagement and retention
2. Build rescue.co’s global public health presence through in person networking and conferences and online through thought pieces, sharing research and other efforts
3. Attend networking events, conferences and meetings to represent the organization and build relationships with donors, funders, and partners
4. Develop and lead all investor / donor / partner visits to our offices and operations
5. Keep a close pulse on the real day-to-day developments in our work so you can accurately portray them to existing and potential partners
6. Manage the grant writing and proposal development team to ensure work aligns with company goals and vision
7. Collaborate and work directly with the project management team to ensure reports are compelling, accurate and submitted on time
8. Support the research and analysis of new funding opportunities and maintain accurate records of all grants and donor interactions

Requirements
1. BS/MS degree in related field, such as non profit management, public health, marketing or communications
2. 15+ years of experience in fundraising, M&E, grant writing and/or donor relations
3. Experience working with a number of multi- and bi-lateral partners and navigating complex senior level relationships
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
6. Committed to continuous improvement and high learning agility in a team setting
7. Data-driven in everything you do
8. Proven ability to build processes and systems
9. Experience in grant research and proposal writing is a plus
