RECRUITMENT OF OUTSOURCING FIRMS FOR A WELL ESTABLISHED MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN WESTERN KENYA

Our client is a well-established manufacturing group in Western Kenya. They wish to recruit outsourcing firms with a track record of a minimum 3 years in outsourcing labour/professionals to well established companies. .

• Company profile
• Copies of the Certificate of incorporation, KRA Pin Certificate, NSSF Employer registration number, Tax compliance certificate, NITA registration certificate, Single Business Permit, OSHA registration
• Copy of CR12
• Acceptance to provide Personal Protective Equipment
• Copies of Audited accounts for the last three (3) years
• Copies of certified Bank statements for the last six (6) months
• Proof of similar contract from at least 2 companies
• Copies of latest 3 months PAYE returns
• Copy of the current WIBA policy
• Experience in handling outsourcing services for Agricultural or manufacturing setup if any
• Ability to process salaries and wages
