JOB DETAILS:
What you will do
• The manual operator works in a very simple process with 1 simple parameter tbe followed or adjusted on the working station.
• People
• Ownership of personal learning and development plan.
• Be an ambassador of Puratos Magic within the Team.
• Communicate basic information or issues verbally or in writing.
• HSE
• Ensure adherence tHSE legal compliance.
• Work tthe agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) tensure safety is maintained.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Wear the necessary personal protective equipment, appropriate for the given task.
• Respect the general hygiene measures of the company.
• Follow the agreements made in connection with food safety.
• Complete safety training in time.
• Execute last minute risk assessments: short assessment that is performed immediately before the start of work tidentify and exclude all potential safety, health and environmental hazards at the workplace:
• Identify hazards.
• Assess the risks.
• Evaluate the risks.
• Record your findings.
• Quality
• Apply the food safety instructions (fit for work, personal hygiene).
• Ensure adherence tthe quality and food safety compliance.
• Service
• Assist in the start-up, conversion and monitoring of own area of responsibility.
• Escalate technical issues according tthe agreed escalation flow. Provides support tthe technician during technical interventions.
• Ensure a good transfer tthe next shift.
• Cost
• Adhere tcost and productivity instructions within the own area of responsibility.

What we expect from you
• Academic degree: High School Certificate (KCSE).
• Must be able tfollow instructions and routines received through a short explanation.
• Forklift Driving License
• Capacity tunderstand safety and quality basic requirements, and toperate basic programs with repetitive tasks.
