JOB DETAILS:
Sales Executive wanted to perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Identify and secure potential clients by online correspondence, e-mailing
2. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
3. Define and implement sales strategy and technique to establish marketing goals.
4. Understand client’s needs and tailor products to meet client requirements.
5. Create innovative ways to build business from individual accounts.
6. Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
7. Coordinate with sales team to revise pricing and sales incentive plan to achieve marketing goals.
8. Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
9. Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
10. Evaluate and enhance current trade shows, conventions, and other marketing events to develop new opportunities.
11. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.
12. Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
13. Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations for field sales executive.
14. Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
15. Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
16. Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
17. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
18. Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
19. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
20. Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
21. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
22. Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
23. Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
24. Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
25. Develop best practices for online sales and customer services.
26. Ensure sales team complies with company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Skills and Qualifications
• You should be a great communicator and have strong leadership skills. Must be able to analyze data to formulate effective digital strategies. Must possess a bachelor’s degree/diploma in business, marketing, or a similar field, as well as the following abilities:
• Analytical thinking – utilize knowledge of data and market trends to develop strategies, which requires good analytical skills
• Computer skills – a thorough understanding of user search patterns, web editing techniques, and different software programs is key to this role
• Teamwork – work closely with their team and other departments to fulfill business goals, carry out campaigns, and improve the user’s web experience to increase sales and conversions
• Attention to detail – great attention to detail to spot trends and important information in data and statistics, and to find areas where improvements could be made to maximize sales
• Customer service – must be customer-focused able to apply knowledge of the organization’s target audience to business goals
