JOB DETAILS:
Network Administrator

Job Description
• Provide tier II/III technical support to end users regarding system outages.
• Diagnose problems with network equipment and perform equipment repairs or upgrades when appropriate.
• Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network connected end- user hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Manage security solutions, including firewall, and intrusion detection systems.
• Participate in network design and capacity planning.
• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
• Maintain system documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
