UNFCU is currently looking for qualified and competent persons to take up the roles of a Mortgage Assistant and an Administrative Assistant. These are permanent positions, which will be based at their Nairobi office. The jobholders will play an inaugural role in executing UNFCU's day-to-day practices that will support UNPCU core mandate and their values.

Mortgage Assistant
This position is responsible for the origination, processing and closing of Nairobi mortgage applications and compliance with applicable Federal, Stare, Kenyan and NCUA rules, regulations and laws. This includes requesting all supporting documentation and working with Consumer Lending staff, attorneys, appraisers, and lien perfection authorities to ensure a closing in a timely manner.
Additional Information
For both positions, S/he must have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field with at least S years‘ relevant work experience
