The goal of the USAID funded Human Resources for Health (HRH) Kenya Mechanism is to strengthen HRH systems at the national and county levels to improve health outcomes for the Kenyan people. The Mechanism is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions
Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant
• support monitoring and evaluation of Mechanism activities including maintenance of the HRH Kenya database monitoring of Alya Elimu Fund (AEF) and, updating the database; tracking of performance against PMP targets data quality audits, dissemination of M&E results, supporting research including data analysis and, tracking, managing and reviewing project reports
Education/experience
• Bachelors degree in public health, statistics or, sodal sciences, 2 years MBLE work experience, strong in research including quantitative 8t qualitative data analysis, proficient in major statistical analysis applications.
