JOB DETAILS:
The overall purpose of this role is to lead the direction and development of programme monitoring and deliver high standards of monitoring, learning and evaluation reporting on a variety of projects and programmes. Farm Africa is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) that reduces poverty in rural eastern Africa by helping farmers grow more, sell more and sell for more: we help farmers to not only boost yields, but also gain access to markets, and add value to their produce. Job Responsibilities:
• The overall purpose of this role is to lead the direction and development of programme monitoring and deliver high standards of monitoring, learning and evaluation reporting on a variety of projects and programmes.
• Providing analytical support, quality assurance and capacity building to our field teams to ensure Farm Africa’s monitoring, evaluation and learning systems deliver credible, useful and accessible evidence of project results. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEL professional to apply proven analytical and communication skills to real world challenges.
