Responsibilities
The mission of the Member Selection Manager job is to create a world-class membership application customer journey / talent selection process that scales to hundreds of thousands of applications.
The goals of the Member Selection Manager job are to develop a clear vision for the membership application selection customer journey, To quickly implement an MVP version of the customer journey & iterate based on client feedback and to run and manage the operations of the talent selection process
The main activities of this role will be to
• To build the member application customer journey
• To work with developers and designers to implement journey and updates
• To manage 3rd party providers for any tech used
• To manage cross-functional team focused on member selection
• To work closely with senior leadership in developing & implementing systems and processes
• To truly own the journey
JOB SKILLS, MINDSETS & BACKGROUND
• You have worked in a detail oriented environment (e.g. consulting, client facing work etc.) or has worked in talent acquisition at scale for a company or university
• Having product and content marketing experience is a plus
• Customer Obsession: You constantly listen to customers, and continuously test, enhance, and personalize the customer experience.
• Execution Bias: You're not afraid to make decisions and take action, even when you face uncertainty
