ESTABLISHMENT OF AUDIT COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. Pursuant to Sections 73(S) and 155(6) of the PFM Act, 2017 and PFM Regulations, 2015 and the Guidelines for establishment of Audit Committees in all public entities provide Kenya Gazette Notice Vol. CXV III No. 40 of 15th April 2016; Office of the Attorney General and the Department of Justice is seeking to recruit persons as Chairperson and Members of the Audit Committee. .

  Job Qualifications:
• A Degree from a recognized University
• Working experience in not less than 5 years
• Be a member of a professional body and in good standing
• Knowledge in Public Service/Government Operations will be an added advantage.
• Be a person of integrity and in compliance with the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. Refer Regulations 174 PFM Regulations, 2015 for details
