Description
• We’re hiring for a Marketing Coordinator.

As a Marketing Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For:
Coordinating all marketing activities associated with market segmentation, product marketing, interactive marketing, pricing, branding, advertising, or direct marketing. Assisting in implementing established marketing plans. Administering programs and assists in the development of overall plans and programs: He/she will interact Internally with marketing team, sales team, agronomy team, finance, customer service teams and country leaders; Externally she will link in with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors and the marketing agency.
Your Challenge
• Supports the execution of marketing activities for both Seed & Crop Protection
• Assist in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (such as content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Prepare monthly reconciliation reports of the marketing budgets utilization
• The role will also be responsible to assisting with New Product Launches for Seed & CP
• Liaises with the in-country Sales team on tactical initiatives ideation and assists the some to execution jointly with Agronomy and Sales teams
• Brand Champion - is able to work through the brand ensuring that all
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Perform individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Adherence to defined company values & policies

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
• Bsc. Marketing/BA, Bsc.in Agriculture or any other science related field
• Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
• Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Understanding of current market trends.
• Basic understanding of Seed & Crop Protection Markets.
