A medium size Savings and Credit Society with Head Office in Nairobi is seeking to fill the following vacancy:

Vacancy: Marketing Manager

Requirements:
The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Be within the age bracket of 30 to 40 years.
• Be a holder of Bachelor's Degree in Business related course marketing option.
• At least 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, branding, or business development with experience in banking.
• Dynamic, energetic individual with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within a rapidly changing work environment
• Business acumen and passion for customer service.
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
•  Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in Micro Credit, Back Office and Fosa environments.
