Marketing Executive

POSITION FUNCTION
The Marketing Executive will be mainly responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development Team.
The candidate should be able to identify and develop new business prospects for Planning Interiors Limited and Frame Interior Solutions and deliver measurable success too.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead Generation
• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and actively following up on leads.
• Collaboratively work with the Business Development team to develop lead generation strategies.
• Research customer segments, clients and market opportunities to increase qualified leads with prospective clients.
• Identify and keep abreast with new trends in the business, including organizing visits to potential sites.
Business Development & Marketing
• Support the Business Development team to improve performance, control and maintenance of generated leads.
• Gather and disseminate relevant market intelligence with the Business Development team
• Actively leverage new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media interaction.
• Meet with prospective clients to present our company profile and take brief of project requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
• Mature and well established sales executive, experience in the Design and Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in this particular environment and have established relationships with relevant stakeholders in the market.
• Interior Designers, Procurement Managers and/or Architects will be considered.

• A dynamic personality with the confidence to aggressively interact with decision makers is essential.
• Highly motivated self-starter who possesses a result-driven approach.
• A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
