JOB DETAILS:

Our client, Kenya School for Integrated Medicine (KSIM) is a premier private health-education college in Kwale County. It is primarily concerned with education, with an integrative and competence-based approach. We are considering offering the above-mentioned job opportunity beginning on January 5, 2023.

Expected Output.
• Leading and coordinating the school's marketing initiatives
• Planning marketing events in collaboration with all departments.
• Co-create and improve the management of the school's long-term marketing and branding strategy.
• Creating and organizing a short-term marketing strategy.
• Monitoring of marketing data and KPIs.
• Creating and implementing college advertising.
• Work with management to co-create marketing and branding materials.
• Organizing and participating in public awareness activities such as education fairs, alumni events, radio shows, and so on.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing communications, or a closely related field is required.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience is required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail, are required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading abilities.
• Must be a self-starter who can move projects forward on their own, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills are required to analyze metrics and create reports.
• A team player and leader.
• Capability to perform a variety of roles and functions.
• Knowledge of the educational and health systems is advantageous.
• Digital marketing knowledge will be advantageous.
