Marketing Communications Manager

About the role
As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing brand marketing and communication strategies, building brand essence and image, assessing consumer, partner and business conditions and ensuring effective execution of all brand strategies, mix plans and brand marketing activities to achieve the business objectives of eVuna.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading successful brand development projects within a fast paced organisation. The individual will be inquisitive and able to research and unravel key market issues that may hinder the achievement of the company’s vision and objectives. The individual will be able to analyse the latest market trends and best practices and demonstrate a high level of independent judgement within their role.

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or Similar Tertiary Qualification
• 5+ years proven experience in marketing, brand management and communications
• Knowledge of product pricing, promotion and positioning
• Strong strategic thinking with experience in marketing and brand strategy formulation
• Strong execution skills with proven experience in multiple project management and execution
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse, cross functional teams
• Ability to build and strengthen relationships/networks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct research and analyse data
• Attention to detail

Advantageous
• Any marketing certification, e.g Digital Marketing
• Experience working in the Agriculture industry
