Job Holder Reports to Chief Executive Officer
Minimum Education(e.g O-level, University Degree)
Bachelor of Science/Diploma in engineering (any trade)
Relevant experience in supplying equipment used in engineering industries, mines and power plants
DESCRIPTION
Our client is a well established company engaged in supplying equipment used in engineering industries, mines and power plants. They are also engaged in trading engineering goods like rails, wear resistant plates, spares and equipment for plant and machinery, steel sections, casting forgings etc. Their parent company is in India. The company also has experience in undertaking turn key projects from concept to commissioning. They are now looking for a Manager in the Marketing division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understanding tender documents, send the requirements to our plant, organise the papers received from our plant and make the bids ready. Some bids are submitted physically and some are uploaded in the e procurement platforms.
• Visiting the market to existing customers and developing new customers.
• Making follow up with our parent company for the requirements of the customers.
• Follow up with the customers for inquiries and also for collecting due payments.
• Feedback collection from customers and also to analyse and help needed from our parent company to resolve complaints if any.
• Techno commercial aptitude.
PERSON PROFILE
• Bachelor of Science/Diploma in engineering (any trade)
• Relevant experience in supplying equipment used in engineering industries, mines and power plants
