Manager Hospital Theatres REF/03/HPA/11/2018

Reporting to the Director of Nursing services, the ideal candidate who should possess a fine blend oftheater management leadership and technical skills, will provide overall leadership of the Hospital theatres /department. Responsible and accountable

•  Assists theatre personnel in verifying appropriate personnel, equipment, and supplies are available.
  
•  Provides guidance, support, and constructive feedback to theatre personnel team members and other team members as appropriate.
  
•  Pursues professional growth and participates in a professional organization.
  
•  Pursues professional growth by sharing knowledge, attending, and being involved in professional organizations.
  

Qualifications

•  Degree in nursing
  
•  Theater nursing specialty with over 5 years experience
  
•  Minimum of 7 years Theatre management services experience
  
•  Experience with increasing level of administrative responsibility and authority
  
•  Current registered nurse licensure
  
•  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  
•  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  
•  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
