A real estate firm in Nairobi wishes to recruit qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Maintenance Officer
The applicant must have a Diploma in Building Maintenance; Minimum 3 years‘experience as a maintenance officer; Excellent planning and organizing skills; The applicant must prioritize and handle the upkeep and repair work in the buildings; Performs preventive maintenance procedures on equipment and buildings on a scheduled basis Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required; Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
